Directions for subscribing to the 3Strands podcast using iTunes |

Download the latest free version of Apple iTunes here. |

Following installation of Apple iTunes, open the iTunes program. In the upper navigation area, click on "Advanced" and a window will pop-up; select "subscribe to podcast" and a new window will open. |

A pop-up asking for a URL should be displayed, within this window type the following exactly as shown: |

OR you can simply open iTunes and in the upper right corner of the program is a search field. Type in "3Strands Podcast" and you will be taken to the Music Store page for our podcast. |

Your iTunes program should now display the title "3Strands Podcast" along with a listing of program titles from which to choose. (If a listing of titles is not shown, click the arrow to the left of the 3Strands title, and this will open a new listing.) New titles are added regularly, requiring the user to update their iTunes listing on a regular basis. |

Remember:
New messages are added regularly. Subscribers should note that mp3 files for the 3Strands program have been reduced to the smallest file size possible, while still allowing program quality. Download time varies, usually taking only a couple minutes on a high speed internet connection. |
